Andrew is an Associate of Peter J Ramsay & Associates. He is an Environmental Scientist with experience in environmental chemistry, soil and groundwater contamination assessments, soil gas monitoring and environmental auditing of land. Andrew has been involved with Completion of Phase I and II soil and groundwater assessments for a range of sites, from greenfield properties to complex industrial facilities.

His experience includes the completion of field investigation for a Phase II soil and groundwater assessment at a complex, operational industrial facility. This included undertaking a large-scale grid-based and targeted soil sampling program and installation and monitoring of a groundwater monitoring well network. Andrew has provided assistance with the development and implementation of remedial programs, including soil and groundwater remediation, at petroleum hydrocarbon impacted sites.

As well as assistance to Mr Peter Ramsay for statutory environmental auditing functions performed in a number of Australian states and territories. Andrew is currently provided assistance to Mr Peter Ramsay with environmental auditing of the construction of landfill liner systems in Victoria and the assessment and verification of landfill cell design documentation for landfill sites in Victoria.
